It is expressly understood that the Rocky Mountain State Games does not insure against and accepts no responsibility for personal injury or property loss or damage. Each participant is responsible for his or her own medical insurance and must sign all waivers and releases on the back of the entry form.

Individual medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each division unless otherwise noted on the sport profile. There are NO refunds due to inclement weather, natural disasters or acts of terrorism and NO rain dates unless specifically noted on the individual sport profile. In the event of inclement weather, competition will delay as necessary. On-site medical personnel and the RMSG Commissioner have the authority to delay competition for longer at their discretion in the interest of safety for all athletes and spectators on-site.

Competition will be postpones if a wet playing surface makes it slippery and unsafe. If possible, we will wait for the surface to dry and resume play. After 2 hours, a decision will be made to cancel or postpone play until following day. If inclement weather occurs on the final day of the tournament, the event will be cancelled.
