Their tech supports says do a clean uninstall then reinstall. The program's uninstall option gives an error saying it has failed-a INF file is corrupt-access denied. I try going through the add and remove programs, same result. I tried to delete the folder manually, it has a gold lock on it, and I get access denied.

I have right clicked and chose run as admin on the uninstall and still no access. I am admin on my PC. I tried running in safe mode and it still will not let me remove this folder.

I ran a virus scan and spyware scan on the folder, nothing. This is very flustrating and costing me a great deal of time. Please, what can I do?
